I have 2 dogs, a German Sheppard named Miszka and a Pit Bull named Mooks. Contrary to popular belief, Pit Bulls can be very loving dogs. In fact, Mooks has a very sweet and shy temperment which comes through in the photos. Mooks is a boy and he was born in July 2001. Mookie weighs about 30Kg. Mooks was put to sleep whilst I was overseas in Poland. The person that was supposed to be looking after him and Miszka gave him to some other couple who neglected him and let him wander the streets all dirty and probably hungry. He was picked up by the ranger in June of 2006. He was deemed unsuitable for rehoming and so he was put to sleep. I don't think I can ever get over the loss of my beloved Mooks. He was a beautifully natured dog and deserved a whole lot more from us. From me, from the council and especially from the people who should've looked after him. I was gone 11 months, which is not that long to commit to looking after an animal as good natured and calm as Mooks. I miss him.
R.I.P Mooks and Miszka 2006, my dearest pets. My thoughts are with you where you are alive in my heart and mind where you both bound and play and roooh and nudge and do all things special to doggies like you two.
Miszka is a girl and she was born on September 11 2001. She is also a lovely dog and has heaps of crazy energy. She weighs about 35Kg. Both of them wreak havoc around the house and in the garden. Miszka went missing at the end of July of 2006 whilst I was overseas in Poland. Her loss has been heart breaking and even today I feel a sadness in my heart for her. All I can hope is that she's with someone who cares for her and loves her.
